Upgraded to 2.2 now get "Fatal error" when accessing manager

    Just upgraded from 2.0.8 to 2.2 but I can't access the manager, i get:

    Fatal error: Undefined class constant 'OPT_CONN_INIT' in /home/x0149128/public_html/motobulbs.co.uk/manager/index.php on line 56


    I read that a custom php.ini can cause this.

    I don't have one though.

    I followed the instructions here: http://rtfm.modx.com/display/revolution20/Upgrading+MODx

    So basically copied all the new files across apart from the core/components directory and the config file.
