Cliche Gallery - list of placeholders? chunk examples?

Hi,

Just looking at the Cliche gallery extra and it looks really user friendly. I can't however find any list of placeholders in order to create and test my own chunks, are there any examples?
I cannot find the Gallerific and Fancybox Tpl files and using the example call does not seem to load and js files.

Hi,
I just found them but not in those files above, I found the Tpl files in:
core/componenets/cliche/controllers/web/plugins and then in either default or galleriffic.

still having issues with this so if anyone has any examples could they please post?

I got Fancybox display working but clicking on the thumbs resulted in a message of"The requested content cannot be loaded... " rather than enlarged image.
I now have no images displaying and instead just "[Cliche] Album not found"...this seemingly just 'appeared'!

My call is:

[[!ClicheAlbum?
&id=`Album1`
&thumbWidth=`75`
&thumbHeight=`75`
&itemTpl=`clicheThumb`
&config=`config`
&css=`style`
&columns=`0`
]]

My itemTpl:

<a class="fancybox" title="[[+name]]" href="[[+url]]">
            <img width="[[+width]]" height="[[+height]]" title="[[+name]]" alt="[[+description]]" class="attachment-thumbnail" src="[[+thumbnail]]"/>

fancybox.js and jquery are being loaded via my template.

right to get it to work i had to copy the tpl's into: assets\components\cliche\plugins\...

So now it works using the default settings (i still have to reference the fancybox javascript separately though) however now i click on the album and then on the next page on one of the thumbnails but this opens that thumbnail on a third page and then opens with fancybox.
Ideally fancybox should work on the second page with the thumbnails and then have the ability to scroll through the images via fancybox.

Any ideas appreciated.

Incidentally i can only get this to work using the call without referencing the album like

 [[!Cliche? ]].

if i use

[[!ClicheAlbum? ]]

along with the '&id' parameter i just see "[Cliche] Album not found" on the page! [ed. note: 9thwave last edited this post 14 years, 5 months ago.]

if u have uploaded a album u will see the id of that album. First album has id 1

not Album1

I'm also looking for a way to use next prev image in fancybox popup.
The included js does say the nav arrows is on "true" but it´s not visible sad

Thinking of using &itemTpl= and &js= (don't include < script >) and just add my own code.
I have add a fancybox improvement on github about this.

It's a damn nice gallery package, hope for some minor improvements.
The only problem i had was installing it, had to upload it myself, and max filesize for upload which is solved now.

Have you got as far as having the thumbnails open with fancybox on the second page?
At the moment the order of display i have is: Album > Thumbs > Individual Image > fancybox
I want the thumbnails to open in fancybox rather than opening the image in a new page...and then presumably the fwd/next buttons will appear as it scrolls through the images on that page.
I've tried altering the chunks but to no avail, i'll have another look but if you can offer any suggestions please do.

All i use is this:

I installed latest version on github.

itemTpl=`xxx` isn't working yet.

There are examplechunks which are being used into: /assets/components/cliche/plugins/default/ [itemzoom.tpl]
