My boss deleted one of my MySql databases that I used for a ModX evolution website. Our hosting is with Godaddy, they were able to restore the deleted database. I updated the config.inc.php file with the new database host, name, password, etc.
The website is up and running again, looks fine on the front end. But on the back end, in the manager, I cannot login. There is an error stating:
Warning: session_start() [function.session-start]: Cannot send session cache limiter - headers already sent (output started at /home/content/x/c/a/*myserver*/html/manager/includes/config.inc.php:1) in /home/content/x/c/a/*myserver*/html/manager/includes/config.inc.php on line 60

Any ideas on how to correct this? As far as I know the database was restored correctly.
My installation is Modx Evolution 1.0.5, Linux Go daddy hosting with php5 and MySql5
Thanks!

Have you tried running Install again (as an upgrade with nothing selected for installation or updating)? It can often tidy up loose ends that interfere with a move or other change.
??? KP
I hadn't tried reinstalling. But I just did it and it corrected the problem. It's a nice solution for many of these issues I gather, so I will do that from now on.
Thanks a bunch
