Hi there,
I have a site that has been working well up until 2 nights ago, when i duplicated a template and a chunk and after hitting save all the formatting and CSS was lost in the Modx manager. I checked the live site to find just had a white blank page!
After contacting the host, it seems that the siteCache.idx.php file was causing issues. when this file is deleted (via FTP), the site works fine, until i go into the manager and try to edit a page and save it - it happens again.
When i open the siteCache.idx.php file there is nothing in it, it is blank.
Can anyone please help - i have no idea how to fix this.
I am not a programmer or a developer - so step by step instructions on how to fix this would be much appreciated!
Thanks!
