    Strange, getResources displays:
    [[+pagetitle]]

    or
    [[+longtitle]]

    but not
    [[+content]]

Here is my getResources call on my template:
    [[!getResources? &parents=`-1` &resources=`6` &tpl=`footerTpl`]]

    and footerTpl chunk:
    [[+content]]

As I told, the output is empty, but if I use
    [[+pagetitle]]

it works, it displays the page title.

Can anybody please help to find where is the problem here?
Thank you in advance. [ed. note: hvillega last edited this post 14 years, 6 months ago.]

Could you please wrap your placeholders in code brackets, or add some spaces? I think part of what you're trying to ask is being stripped out by the forums. Thanks.

Try adding &includeContent=`1` to your getResources call.

You're very welcome. I had the same problem when I started using getResources. I think it's off by default to reduce server load when you don't need it, but it threw me at first, too.

Be advised, the same is true for TVs. This table explains how to turn them back on:
