tinymce problem and elRTE - Cannot connect to backend

    I was running 2.2.0-pl and I was having trouble installing Tinymce. It appears to install properly but the rich text editor is not showing up on any of the documents. I've looked through the forums, reinstalled, cleared cache but to no avail.

    I upgraded to 2.2.1-pl and still no luck getting tinymce rich text editor to show in the documents.

    So I installed elRTE and it appears to be working, rich text editor shows up and is working except, when I try to upload an image, I get an error "Cannot connect to backend. Backend not found"

    Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong with my Modx installation?

    Any help as to why tinymce isn't working or the elRTE issue is appreciated.

      I have the same issue with TinyMCE. Installed fine just doesn't load.

      Tried removal, redownload and reinstall.

      elRTE works fine.

      Any ideas?

      Modx 2.2.1-pl
      PHP Version 5.2.17
      Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS)
