Surely not just me but after upgrading to Revo 2.2.1 my previously working gallery now no longer displays on the web page and isn't visible in the gallery component section of the manager. This happened to me also when I upgraded some sites to 2.2.0 but couldn't find a solution then, either, so ended up starting the sites from scratch again. I've tried the obvious - setting the gallery connector.php to 755 but to no avail.

I've got to find out what's going on as I've got a few live sites that need upgrading, but have active gallery bits that will break so i've left them alone for now.

    Anyone in the same boat.

Console from Safari when trying to access the gallery in manager:

    http://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/cms/assets/components/gallery/connector.php?action=mgr/album/getNodes&id=root 500 (Internal Server Error)

Did you try uninstalling gallery and reinstalling it? Just make sure you copy your gallery entries before uninstalling, I'm not sure if they get deleted when uninstalling.

      Good luck

Hi Ben - yep exactly the same even after completely removing and installing. I can't be alone on this can I?

Just upgraded an OS X Server Revo install manually to 2.2.1 (ftp'd the files up and merged/copied everything) then went through the upgrade option and all survived ok - gallery wasn't broken...

...so - the common factor with all my broken installs is that they are softaculous installs then upgraded on cpanel.

Anyone out there experienced anything similar?

          Cheers
