Manager login refreshes

Hi

Running Revo 2.2

Visited https://mydomain.com/manager and logged in fine, then created a new user. Logged out, then tried to login as new user. System said it could not find account.

Then tried to login again, same https:// as admin. Login page just refreshed (but no error). Tried with http:// and same thing. Cleared entire core/cache folder and cleared cookies and cache in browser. Same problem.

I saw some posts with the same problem but the solutions haven't worked for me (so far).

Here are the last few lines from the error log which I was able to see via FTP
