ModX 0.9.6

When I upgrade My 0.9.5 ModX i find that quick edit bar doesn’t work correctly, all my styles changed (in My Own template), search doesn’t work with russian characters. Why????

QuickEdit is likely not rendering right because of the js changes, and browser caching.
All your styles changing? I guess you changed all your styles...??
What search tools?

Changes in the styles occurred in Ditto only. but it is not a problem for me. My problem in Quick Edit and Search, because search does not search for the Russian characters (Win 1252), while 0.9.5 worked great. Also I have a problem with Poll Manager http://modxcms.com/forums/index.php/topic,15208.msg98227.html#msg98227

Check your config file and make sure the database_connection_charset matches your database charset.

How can I repair it? My Database use win 1251

Re-run the installer in upgrade mode, selecting the advanced option and manually specifying your DB collation and connection charset.

You can just go into your config.inc.php and change the value of the variable $database_connection_charset. Make sure it matches your database charset.
