Guys, I'm assuming this is obvious, but I'm stuck...
I have a simple test TV. Input is listbox (single), output is text. 5 values, "None || 4 || 6 || 8 || 12". Default is "None". TV's assigned to a template. The template calls the TV. A single resource has a value other than the default selected, say, "6". Cache is flushed....
... And all I ever get is the default, "None". (If I make the default blank, I get blank; if I make it "8", I get "8", implying it's only reading the default value.)
Is this a permissions problem? Am I correct in assuming the table "site_tmplvr_access" should have some values in it?
(Using Revo 2.2.0-pl2.)

If it were a permission problem, you wouldn't see any values at all for the TV.
Your values shouldn't have any spaces in them : None||4||6||8||12, so that might be the problem.
After fixing that, you'll have to re-save all the resources that have values for the TV.
Also, if you're looking in the TV content values table, TVs that are set to the default won't have any record there.
