Can't install Packages. (packages-rest.php & 404 error)

Hi!

I want to install packages in Revo but it is impossible. When I click on "Download" (Wayfinder for example) I get this message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /connectors/workspace/packages-rest.php on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Can somebody please help me to solve this problem?

I'm using: MODX Revolution 2.2.0-pl2 (traditional) view my PHP info on the attached file

Couple of questions for you:

1- Are you a XAMPP environment? Are you running Apache as a windows install?
2- Were ever able to download any packages in the past?
3- What's the chmod permission for the /connectors/workspace/packages-rest.php file?

1.- no, I'm not in a XAMPP environment. MODx is running on Linux with PHP 5.3.10.
2.- I was not able before to download packages in the past
3.- Permisson for packages-rest.php: 644

@hvillega - did you find out what your issue was? I'm having the same problem with a brand new 2.2.2.pl2 install on a php5.3 host.
