Modx Friendly URL

I have enabled friendly url in.htaccess and modx system settings. But I am getting URL like this.

Do you have the base tag in your templates?

Yes I do have base tag in the templates. I am not sure why this happens. But the manager page displays properly. The index page is getting the problem.
