Adding a TV to Quick Update Resource menu

I've never dabbled in manage customisation in Revo before, but i was wondering if I could add my own TV to the quick update form.

The client wants a TV for SEO keywords adding to the quick update (they are using Description for their meta description) and would like to administer the keywords in the same way.

All other fields are in use (longtitle etc) so i was wondering if we could add a TV to the page in order to acehvie this.

But i'm still not 100% sure how to add a TV.

I would like to add custom fields to the Quick Update Resource but not sure how to do it. The page you referenced is only about the full update/create page not the quick update.
