    Dear All,

I am trying hard to find a solution to provide a User Manager Acces on MODx 2.2. I successefuly did it on other 1 lnaguage web site.

But now I have a lot of dificulties to do it on a multilanguaage web site.

First I installed modx on www.firstdomaine.ch/modx/
Then I moved it to www.finaldomain.ch

    it works fine.
I also installed Babel for the multilanguage web site and I have to context : web and en
The multilanguage switch work fine with no isssue.

    Then I followed that tutorial
    http://rtfm.modx.com/display/revolution20/Giving+a+User+Manager+Access
and I re read 10 time, repeat all operation, but each time I logged with the editor user, which has Editor role, with Adminlittle policy, and he still have right to see all tree ad edit snippest.
I also did not forget to modify the AdminLittle policie to let him only edit/save/publush/upublish pages. My adminlittle policie has 56 policies insteaf of 138. I already did the same on a sigle language web site and it work, but not on multilanguage.

I flushed permission and delete the cash and no way to restrict access to the editor account.

Any advise to set up a restricted user manager access on a multilanguage (Babel) web site with 3 context (mgn, we, en)?

many thank for any idea [ed. note: pierrot1010 last edited this post 14 years, 7 months ago.]
