Hey guys, just wondering how I could go about protecting CSS files in Modx Revo. I found a way of doing so online, but I'm wondering if there is a more native solution that doesn't involve editing the htaccess file (
http://www.n1studios.net/tutorials/php/css-file-protection.html).
If I go with the tutorial, it will almost certainly give me headaches with other CSS files that don't really need to be protected... also, if it could work to disable viewing with firebug that would be awesome.
Any insights? God knows it would make my life easier with other clients (I work free for nonprofits) that request the same thing later on.
Thanks!

You could make them MODx resources and have them protected in the usual manner like any other MODx page.
