    Hi Modx world...

I am working on a temp site (/~tempname/) and everything is working fine apart from some missing images (as attached image) I have changed all setting in core>config.inc.php but no joy...

Any ideas? Also hap end for any checkbox's in policy or settings panels, making it difficult to update nothing...

    Any help idea's welcome...

Did you clear your browser cache? Also you could try re-uploading the manager files.

You might try turning off the compress_js and compress_css System Settings. If you can't get to them in the Manager, you can use PhpMyAdmin and do it in the modx_system_settings table (change the 1 to a 0).

Running Setup again in upgrade mode might be worth a try as well as AMDBuilder's suggestion to clear the cache by deleting all files in the core/cache directory.

Turning compress_js and compress_css did the job, thanks BobRay...

What is that doing, and why did that work?

They 'minify' the JS and CSS code for faster page loads but many people are having trouble in the Manager with those settings on.
