Manager UI images not displaying

Many of the UI images in my manager are not displaying. This is new install of Revo 2.2 on an unfamiliar host but the install passed all the checks with no errors.
When I look at my browser console I see all the images listed w/ error 404 file not found next to them. Upon digging further the path to those images is incorrect.

path should be
http://sitename.com/modx/manager/templates/default/images/restyle/image.png

but instead is
http://sitename.com/sitename/modx/manager/templates/default/images/restyle/image.png

I have checked my config files to be sure the root path is set correctly and everything looks fine. Everything else on the site is working. Site is supposed to go live this week and I can't hand it over to my client looking like this. Any help would be appreciated. [ed. note: CBorah last edited this post 14 years, 6 months ago.]

Check the paths in core/config/config.inc.php, especially the manager path.

They all appear to be correct. Any other ideas?

Try turning off the compress_js and maybe compress_css system settings in System->System Settings (put 'compress' in the search box at the upper right.

Perfect. I'd tried turing off the JS compression earlier but no change. It must be the css compression. Thanks so much.
