Hi BobRay, I know this is an old thread, but how do I pass the parameter value to an output modifier?

I have been scouring the documentation and the internet and am at a loss.

To put it in context, I am trying to make a targeted rollout, where the chunk would only show when the [[+id]] has a system setting to the feature called feature name.

This is what I am trying, and the only issue is that the "id" comes in a [[+id]], instead of the value.

[$new_feature_menu_option:of-feature-rollout=`feature_name,[[+id]]`]]

How can I get it to pass the value instead of the tag?

Sorry, I'm not following you. What's setting the +id placeholder?

And I can't understand what this means:

IDs don't have System Settings, and MODX doesn't know what a "feature" is (me either).
