Formit

An error occurred while trying to send the email. Could not instantiate mail function.

Kindly suggest me.

I am using Revo & formit snippet.

Install and try the EmailResource snippet. It will tell you if mail is working at all on the site and may give you more information. If the host has the mail() function disabled, you may have to use SMTP.
