[Articles Package] Can not set it up on Multilangue web site (Babel)

Dear All,
I am trying hard to understand why I can install Article package on a single lamguage web site and why I can not on a Multilanguage web site. On a multilanguage web site, I installed Babel, then I had to modify the web context and add 3 context settings.
This make the difference with a single web site. Then I am wondering if my issue come from the context or from the ht acess.

What happen on my multilanguage web site?

When I created an article container and create the different articles, the article are not listed.
http://www.hello-web.net/fr/articles/
However, If I go to the backoffice and I preview one of the article, the article is well published but I can not add a comment

Then, I am wondering if there is a particular action to be performed on a Babel multilanguage web site.

Sorry that no one has responded to your post. Did you find the solution? I will be battling with Babel and Articles soon on an upcoming project and wanted to know what problems to expect.
