Clear cache by PHP code

Hello guys,
I have made a pagination code and put that in snippet, my code is correct but when I try to navigate to 2nd page it didn't navigate because of cache, if I clear the cache of that snippet it works fine for one time but then again create the problem. So I was thinking to clear the cache while navigating but don't have any idea to do it.

Don't cache it or use an internal cache within the snippet that is page aware.

Sorry to ask might be a silly question but how I could not put a snippet in cache? and how could I use Internal cache?
