SimpleSearch - can search results show TVs

So I've got my SimpleSearch snippet installed and working on my movie listings page. It currently delivers default Modx tags of pagetitle, content etc in the search results.

I want to be able to also display my own TVs (director, category etc) in the search results?

Is this possible?

before anyone answers the solution could be to use this snippet which claims to output TVs.

You can with the &includeTVs property. http://rtfm.modx.com/display/ADDON/SimpleSearch.SimpleSearch

Alternatively you could use the getResourceField snippet to fetch the TV values, though that might be more of a performance hit than needed.

I looked at 3 snippets for this;
Modx search (as stated above)
Adv Search
SimpleSearch

All have a variable called &includeTVs so should deliver TVs on output. I found simplesearch the easiest to setup. AdvSearch has the capability to have multiple search boxes on one page. A handy thing to know but not what I need now.
