@ChrstnMgcn - Just getting back to work now and had a moment to look over the blog post. If you look at the upper area of the blog you will see that i have a download of the source code and a very top level set of instructions. Please download this and give it a shot. If you need more help after that let me know.

Single file upload didn't work for me until I edited line 79 and changed

$mailAttachedFiles[] = array_merge($mailAttachArrayBase,array('file'=>$mailAttachedFiles));

to this:

$tmp = $mailAttachedFiles;
$mailAttachedFiles = array();
$mailAttachedFiles[] = array_merge($mailAttachArrayBase,array('file'=>$tmp));

Now its working great, thx
