What solution be a better to create a favorites, for user.
Use a Extended Fields is not be a convenient solution.

What do you mean by favorites ?
Did you check out http://modx.com/extras/package/cookielist or http://modx.com/extras/package/userlistvalues

Favorites for example is a resources(id or link).
