I just downloaded the mChimpX package for Revolution. Here is my question... I am in the process of getting a site completed for a non-profit that I am part of. Our email list is currently about 250 people and I expect that list to grow to about 600-800 over the next twelve months. Is there any way to manage that list of contacts within the modx framework (just basic information is fine), and is there any way to create email campaigns from within the modx data? I don't really see any way to do it. Are we better off using Chimpit to maintain that list of email addresses and using the mChimpX on the website for people to sign up for the email newsletter list? We are trying to make it so a couple of people have access to the membership list and email list so they can update dues paid and send out emails for notices of meetings, etc...
Please throw any thoughts out there for me. In my business I use a contact management program to manage my customer and prospect data which provides me with substantial tools to reach clients and prospects. We don't need anything that robust for this non-profit, but do need a way to keep track of members, dues paid, and email lists.
Thanks!
