Set timezone in mysql

Helo All
May I change timezone for session mysql this:
edit config.inc.php:

$driver_options = array (PDO::MYSQL_ATTR_INIT_COMMAND => 'SET time_zone="+5:00";',
);

I'm hav't "root" access to mysql, and not permisiion to change GLOBAL time_zone

mysql> SET GLOBAL time_zone ='+5:00' ;
ERROR 1227 (42000): Access denied; you need the SUPER privilege for this operation

but

mysql> SET time_zone="+5:00";
Query OK, 0 rows affected (0.00 sec)

work fine.

What perfectly change mysql timezone for session?
(by editing config.inc.php - hav't results...)

Have you tried setting the timezone from within the Revo Manager setting?

Yes, I'm first try it.
But not working change templating resource. (I'm using revo 2.2)

It's change PHP time zone, but I wont change MySQL time zone. And if after that I change PHP timezone - all right - templating change on resource work fine.
Now I have: change templating resourse fine, all working, but time back on two hour - it is not carrefull for me.
And who know how php-hack change templating with `time-zone PHP` != `timezone MySQL` working?
