Hi, I already posted about this before somewhere else, but since I'm not getting any answer I'll try again. On of my sites running on revo 2.2 pl2 (traditional) I'm desperately trying to edit the form customization sets but the values don't save. When editing and saving the set I get the impression that the saving process goes without errors. However, the changes don't apply on the edited profile and if I reload the page, the fields that I unchecked are checked again.
I'm guessing there must be some sort of conflict with some setting or on the database level. All the other sites I built with the same revo version all handle the form customization flawlessly. Just for this one site, where it's extremely important, I get this strange bug.
Can anybody say where I should start searching for the reason of this conflict? Thank you!
I should also note that importing xml-files doesn't do the trick either. All the changes applied in the file get undone when importing it.
If you mean the Access Policies i got this working by going to 'Access Controls > Policy Templates > Administrator Template' then scroll down to database_truncate and delete this permission.
I also as a matter of course on each fresh MODx install go to System > System Settings and in Authentication and Settings set the 'Allow_root' to Yes.
Hope this helps but not sure if you are referring to access policies or not.
