[Solved] Register rev 2.2 stops working

My login / register worked but after creating user groups etc. for protected pages the login works but can't register anymore.

after clicking the register button it does nothing, there is only one page which i have protected, that page has nothing to do with the register part.

Don't think there are any errors in here:

Needs to go to resource with id 8 (unprotected).
Protected is the usergroup.

Do you set the error placeholder somewhere in the page?
It would be helpful if something goes weird.

It is the [ [!+reg.error.message]]
This example shows more placeholders according to the keynames.
