i don t know why but my site content is stored escaped
i change host, version, installation, and remove module but something in my content broke the site ...

That indicates that the PHP setting "magic_quotes_gpc" is turned on, it needs to be off.

That won't re-set any already saved content, you'll need to edit those and get rid of the extra slashes.
