[FIXED] Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class

Been a while since I posted on these forums...

I’m trying to do a new install of Modx 0.9.6. The install seems to finish okay but when trying to load up the manager immediately after the install I receive the error:

Fatal error: Cannot instantiate non-existent class: documentparser in /home/cfsite/public_html/manager/index.php on line 123

Same error occurs when trying to load up the front page.

It’s a Unix server running PHP 4.4.6 and MySQL 4.1.21-standard.

Any suggestions?

have you tried reinstalling? maybe you should also check your permissions to make sure the web server can read all files.

Tried three reinstalls and still no success.

Most of the files have their permissions set at 644 (which is all 3 reads), except for the key files (eg config) that the install required which were set to 777.

Yes it does. And it is 0 bytes in size.
