      I found the problem.

      I replace
      <title>[[*pagetitle]]</title>
      with
      <title>[[*pagetitle:cdata]]</title>
      in the RSS Resource

      and

      <title>[[+pagetitle:htmlent]]</title>
      with
      <title>[[+pagetitle:cdata]]</title>

in the RSS tpl for the items.

This resolve my accent problem and give me a valid RSS. And a valid RSS is what Explorer like.

I hope this can help someone.
