Media sources setting with multi-domain

Hi,
I've using Rev 2.2 with a multi-domain hosting solution. I've defined context for each domain. It works fine.
However, I have a question regarding Media source configuration. How can I make a media source context sensitive. The media source I defined always use the main domain (context) even though I've define basePathRelative to yes.
