I can't seem to get my manager to load correctly after I moved the site to a new server. I followed the steps for moving the site in the documentation, however now the manager loads with the navigation bar but a blank screen otherwise.

    Here is a screenshot: http://cl.ly/1F3g1O0j3C470v0A1Q3l

    Any ideas?

Did you run Setup after moving the site? It's necessary to correct all the paths.

      Try these in order:

      1. Manually delete all files in the core/cache directory, then clear your browser cache and cookies.

      2. In PhpMyAdmin, edit the modx_system_settings table and set the value of compress_js and compress_css to 0.

If those don't work, the odds are that one or more files was corrupted in the transfer. It's fairly common if you use FTP to move them.

The modx_system_settings, compress_js and compress_css did the trick! I remember seeing that my production server caused modx's Setup to throw an error when I ran it after moving the site. It said suhosin was set to some value that was too low, and that it would set the compress_js and compress_css to 0, but it never did I guess.

        Thanks BobRay!

I'm glad it worked. Thanks for reporting back. smiley

BTW, you might be able to set compress_css back to 1. You can do it in the System -> System Settings. Put 'compress' in the search box at the upper right.
