Fileupload shows fu_input_caption1

I'm using the fileupload plugin tutorial from here http://bobsguides.com/fileupload-tutorial.html.
Everything works nicely but my form shows the variables fu_input_caption1 ... fu_input_caption2 ... above the fileupload field.
How can I get rid of this behavior?

yes manager is english. I'm using the latest stable Revo build.

Have you modified the fuInner Tpl chunk? It should look like this:




Are you using MODX Revolution?

Did you update anything from GitHub?

Yes I'm using Revolution.
The Chunk is untouched and exactly like the one you pasted.
No GitHub use.

You could try putting &language=`en` in the snippet tag. If that doesn't work, you should be able to just change the fuInnerTpl chunk to this:




There's a new version of the snippet due out soon and I'll check it for this problem before releasing it.

did the trick for "fu_input_caption1". The button still shows "fu_button_upload_caption"
btw my snippet call looks like this:

Ah. I didn't know you were calling it with runSnippet(). Have you tried just putting a FileUpload tag on a page? That might tell us something.

It looks like, for some reason, it's not loading the lexicon file, though I can't see why.

Make sure the lexicon file is there at core/components/fileupload/lexicon/en/default.inc.php and that it contains the lexicon strings you're seeing.
