modxhost contact form

I am using Modxhost template.I would like add phone number(optional) option to my default contact form..can anyone help me how I can do it

It's all done in the tpl for the eForm snippet. Create a new chunk and paste in the content of the default tpl. Add the &tpl=`your-chunk-name` to the snippet call and make sure it's working correctly. Then edit your chunk however you like. You'll also need to create a custom report tpl in the same manner.
