Accessing GET / POST variables in templates & chunks

Hi,

Can anyone tell me if this is possible - I want to submit a form to another page and be able to access the form data in the template. I guess i could write a snippet that will fetch these values but I wondered if there are template tags in Modx to get that data.

Cheers

Did you have a look at Formit and Formit.Retriever ?
rtfm docs : http://rtfm.modx.com/display/ADDON/FormIt and http://rtfm.modx.com/display/ADDON/FormIt.FormItRetriever
add-on : http://modx.com/extras/package/formit

Cheers

You can also use the getReqParam snippet to grab values from GET, POST, COOKIE, REQUEST, etc.
