UK Midlands (Birmingham) Meet-up? Who's interested?

Hi,

After attending the MODx meet-up last night in London, I found it was a great way to network with MODx people and learn more about what is happening in MODx and the web space.

However London is quite a long commute for me from Leicester, I currently attend a few meet-up groups in Birmingham which seems like the ideal place for a Midlands meet-up?

I typically find that a meet-up in a quite bar, is good or depending on numbers I could look at perhaps getting a room somewhere so we can share slides, and ideas then grab a beer afterwards.

I would be more than happy to try and organise a meet-up in the coming months, could anyone in the area who is interested drop a reply here so I can see if it is worthwhile looking into and organising.

I would definately attend. Also happy to assist with organising the event. If we do a meetup in Birmingham in a few weeks time we could follow that up with a meet up in Manchester.

I was thinking either end of the month or in April then have a regular meet-up perhaps every two months, that said I attend an iOS Developer meet-up they do a month in Birmingham then a month in Leamington so it could be an idea to alternate the location depending on numbers and locations etc.
