I have a slightly advanced way of working with CMP to load different panels depending on need, and passing information to panels.
After doing a test upgrade from 2.1 to 2.2, I am looking at the new way that CMP uses controller-classes and I have figured our the core, but I am wondering how to turn my old 'mgr/index.php' (somewhat shortened):

Thus, how do I pass the values in 2.2-way that I previously did with 'regClientStartupHTMLBlock'.
Also, since the old code is working in 2.2, how do the 2.2 core sense to use the new controller-class and new way of working? (thus, what to remove in the old code).
