Need make access to the manager to only one page

I need make custom admin panel. Can I make custom page in manager and take acces only to that custom page?

You can do that with playing a little bit with Manage users and Access control from Security tab. You'll have to create user and give him respective permission as per your needs.

This might help: http://bobsguides.com/revolution-permissions.html.

There's also an extensive section in my book on customizing the Manager.
