    Hi all,

I installed Modx now 3 times but always with the same result >:( It says that everything is installed correct, but there is no "Next"-Link or else. According to the Wiki there should be a page asking to delete the install-directory but this page does not appear... huh I could delete the installer manually but there is still no index-file in my root so I guess installation is not complete yet...?

If there is no index file in your site root, then you did not copy all the needed files to the server in the first place. It should have been there from the get-go. For a new install, you should see ht.access, manager/, assets/, install/, index.php and index-ajax.php

Damn, you’re right.... I don’t know why the root files have not been transfered.... Maybe it was to late at night and I only selected the folders >:(

Many thanks for your help!! smiley
