[Solved]Problem with clickable parent menus, if any submenu added

Hi everyone! I need some advises to resolve my problem. I don't know what could be the possible reason...
So the problem....
I have created menu with wayfinder snippet and every thing seems to work properly, but then I came across the problem which is - if I add any submenu in the container and click in the "Show in menu", the parent resource is no longer clickable in the menu.

What's your wayfinder call and any wayfinder templates you are using.

I'm guessing this is for Evo as you've put "show in menu" as apposed to "hide from menu"

1) In my default template I have the call for [ [Left_menuOrBasket] ].


2)I have snippet [ [ Left_menu or Basket ] ] like this:

As I didn't make this home page myself, I'm not sure what I need to correct...

Whats the html for the following chunks:

parentRowHereTpl
parentRowTpl
activeParentRowTpl

One of them probably doesn't have the a tag to make the parent a click able link, most likely either parentRowHereTpl or activeParentRowTpl.

Well I just check all the chunks, and there is not such chunks as parentRowHereTpl or activeParentRowTpl.... there is just parentRowTpl.
So I guess that could be the issue.
But then again - if I make these chunks, what should I do next?

Hi, weel I got the solution - I just added the parentRowHereTpl in chunks and double-checked everything, and now it look like all is fine.
But believe it or not, now I have another problem
For one section of the webpage I don't need it to hide sub-menus. so what I did is:

I duplicate all the templates, chunks and snippet related to wayfinder and rename them, so that the new template wouldn't hide the submenus, but the duplicated template either way uses the original one Wayfinder snippet - if I change hideSubMenus to TRUE - it hides the submenus even in that section of webpage to what I set different template.....
Did you get my point?
