Culture_key uk instead of ua

    Its about culture_key.
    Ukrainian is not uk, it is ua . Please fix that, because babel gets language names from modx base list and it is totally wrong...

      Everything is ok, Nadoedalo.
      "uk" is for Ukrainian (language), "UA" is for Ukraine (country).
