I have a weird problem. After updating the site to modx-1.0.5 everything works ok for some time, but after several minutes Admin's session interrupts and I can no longer login to manager. If I make another reinstall (in update mode), all is working again for a couple of minutes.

I tested the session handling as was suggested there and everything works fine for me (after I added session_start() call at the top of snippet).
I tried to make database dumps and restore them, no luck. Only reinstalling helps.
The host is Ubuntu-10.04, php-5.3.6, nginx-1.0.11.
How can I investigate this?
