Upgrade and Missing Media Sources

    I've upgraded from 2.1.5 to 2.2.0pl2. Cleared cache. Physically removed cache folders. Flushed permissions. Flushed sessions. Cleared browser cache and cookies. The Files tab shows a 1, but all files are available. No Media sources or Source Types listed (visibly at any rate) anywhere. The defaults are in the database. huh

      I re-upgraded (copied files and ran setup again) and everything appears to work now.
