[REVO] TinyMCE: uploading images by site-manages

Hello!

Give a hint, please, how to allow to site-managers to upload images via TinyMCE? Now they see message "Error! Access denied."

I've read on this forum that I need to indicate allowed file types for managers, but I can't understand where I should do it.
