let's say i have 5 'blog posts' (resources) in a 'new' category (resource container)

    -news
    --post1
    --post2
    --post3
    --post4
    --post5

now if my wayfinder menu is just a list of recent posts such as the latest 3, how can i highlight the parent ONLY if the current page being viewed is one of those 3?

    the menu:
    -recent posts
    --post1
    --post2
    --post3

    if you're viewing the container:
    -recent posts ('selected' class)
    --post1
    --post2
    --post3

    if you're viewing post 2:
    -recent posts ('selected' class)
    --post1
    --post2 ('selected' class)
    --post3

if you're viewing post 5, what wayfinder does by default with &hereClass that i'm trying to stop:
    -recent posts ('selected' class)
    --post1
    --post2
    --post3

if you're viewing post 5, what i need it to do:
    -recent posts
    --post1
    --post2
    --post3

i can think of a sloppy way to do it, but not sure how to write the snippets or chunks:
-get the id of the last 3 published resources & store in array
-if current id = an item from the array, add 'selected' class to the parent li
