MIGX tv's and NewsPublisher in Revo 2.2

Hi! I just discovered the NewsPublisher snippet, it's great!
Anyone have an idea how I could get MIGX tv's working with NewsPublisher? They just show as simple textfields now.

I'm using Revo 2.2

I'm afraid MIGX TV's aren't supported at this time, but it's definitely on the roadmap.

what exactly do you have in mind?
There are several ways, with help of a bit javascript, to fill a MIGX-field from frontend (also with NewsPublisher) with items.

There's a case statement in the NewsPublisher class that shows different TVs based on their type. That's where the code would go, but I'm afraid I don't know enough about MIGX TVs to write it and don't really have time to figure it out. At one point, there was a plan to add separate render files for the various types so it would be easier to add new ones, but I never got around the implementing it.
