While working with a offline website, we have sometimes the "website unavailable" page while viewing pages from the cms (option "website" "example"). The home page is visible, however when we use the website to navigate to a different page, that page is not showing, instead the website unavailable page is showing. We can solve this by clicking the edit-button of the homepage (we use quickmanager) and saving that page. After that all the pages of the website are viewable again.
Does anyone know what is causing this behaviour? Is it possible that is has something to do with multiple account logged in at the same time?
Thanks a lot!

Sounds like something to do with caching; saving a resource automatically clears the cache. It probably has something to do with shifting between domain.com and www.domain.com; you'll be logged in in one domain but not in the other. Clearing the cache would re-load the menus on page view to one or the other.
Thanks for your quick reply!
So, if I understand correctly, if I do not cache my pages I should be able to resolve this issue?
Thanks again

Or if you make sure you're always using either domain.com or www.domain.com both when you log in to the manager and when you access the front-end.
A quick fix would be to make the Wayfinder call uncached until you bring the site live, then it won't matter and you can cache it again.
