Modx 2.2 action files

Hi there!

Currently I'm working on an online resource planner modx extra that has multiple CMPs and actions. I'm having trouble, however, finding a nice structure for my action files. Since MODx is looking for a file for every action in the root folder of my extra component, I need to place a lot of files there, as well as folders for nested actions. It works fine basically, but it's not pretty.

My gut feeling tells me that there should be a more MODx way to do this, and I'm just missing something. If you could shed some light on this, or simply point me to an existing package that deals with multiple actions, that would be much appreciated.
