Ok can't work this out. I have a very basic install with 2 users.
User 1 = Admin (default)
User 2 = Editor with basic editing permissions
User 2 has a role with basic editing permission and they are in their own user group which has some form customization and assigned it's own dashboard.
When i login with user 2 i still see the default dashboard not the custom one. I can confirm this user isn't in the default administrator user group or any other user group for that matter.
Now here's the strange bit, if i create another user under the same user group as user 1 and with exactly the same role i get the custom dashboard.
I've flushed all sessions, cleared cache etc but I can't for the life of me work out why the original user doesn't get this custom dash.
Any other settings anyone can think of that may differ, i must be missing something, i 've compared them a few times but can't spot anything. The only thing that is different is the rank on the role but don't think that's it.
